Vitamin B12 Injections
Obtained from foods such as meat, eggs, fish and milk, vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep your body healthy and happy including your nerves and blood cells.
Often those who choose an alternative to a meat based diet or struggle with health conditions such as anemia, will struggle to absorb vitamin B12.
Vitamin B12 injections can help to manage your B12 deficiency or give your body a natural boost of energy whilst strengthening your immune system.
Those with a B12 deficiency can struggle with extreme tiredness, lack of energy, headaches, pale skin, feeling faint, breathlessness, loss of appetite, heart palpitations and weight loss.
This is one of the main reasons why I have so many clients choosing B12 injections. They can help increase energy levels, help the body with red blood cell production, help regulate sleep, mood and appetite all whilst boosting your immune system.
Step 1:
Consultation
At Gloss Advanced Beauty, your health and wellbeing are paramount. Like most treatments at my clinic, we begin with a consultation. We will talk through your medical history and ensure there are no contraindications. You can also use this opportunity to ask me any questions or queries.
Step 2:
During Your Treatment
I will give you a single intramuscular B12 injection that takes minutes to administer.
Step 3:
After The Treatment
After your treatment, I will advise on how frequently you should be having a B12 injection. The regularity of the sessions will depend on whether the cause of your vitamin B12 deficiency is related to your diet or whether the deficiency is causing any neurological problems, such as problems with thinking, memory and behaviour. The most common cause of vitamin B12 deficiency in the UK is pernicious anaemia, which is not related to your diet.
